Scout used to be very effective with Hornet's OD, but I am not sure how effective it is now. I stopped using railgun after the developers nerfed Hornet because everyone has a protection against it. If I were you, I would consider purchasing this augment only if not too many players use Railgun protection

On the other hand, Games like Fortnite make their money from selling skins and other cosmetic items in the item shop. They consistently release new skins and the possibilities are unlimited. In Tanki, the amount of skins is limited. If you were given enough tankoins from each battle pass to purchase the next one, tanki would not gain anything from that. And besides, the battle pass isn't expensive compared to other items in the game.

Yes, it's possible as long as you do not claim the rewards from the missions you completed.

Can you try it one more time and see if it happens again?

1. I don't know, the only ones who know are the developers. 2. All the other types of skins, such as XT & LGC, should remain in the garage. 3. As far as I know, it should be improved versions of the default skins we already have. My answers are based upon info we received in recent V-Logs and Patch notes, so things might change in the future.

I don't think 2 battle passes in a month is a bad update. Many players completed the challenge quickly and were left with nothing else to do. On the other hand, we all have different opinions about updates. Either way, good luck in the future!
