    Happy Birthday!

Happy Birthday Bydo! I wish you nothing but happiness and lots of good times ahead. May this year bring you success, good health, and plenty of moments to enjoy with friends and family. Here’s to many more great memories both in and outside the game! ?
  2. They are, I am in particular. As I said I mentioned you may either use this topic or send me a Forum PM.
  3. You are right, but it was created specifically by the previous CM who intended to collect feedback from players. You may use this topic the way the Complaints Book was used. You’re always welcome to send me a Forum PM if there’s something you’d like me to pass on but prefer to keep private.
  4. The issue has already been reported, I will let you know once I get any news. Keep in mind this is the weekend so it's unlikely to get any fix today.
  5. I agree with these solutions you suggested. Quite the opposite. I simply said that players can (and should) adjust their game settings to their liking in order to have the best experience possible. You brought up a completely different point about the Paladin situation. I’m not saying you don’t make valid points, you do, but this one just isn’t one of them. I understand, I will forward your feedback. Sure, it isn’t easy, but it’s not impossible either. Many times I’ve seen players with weaker equipment and worse augments on paper achieve better results than those using “OP” gear. Not always, even with strong augments you’ll lose sometimes. Protections, maps, modes, and other factors always play a role. Sure, doing your best won’t always be enough, but it’s always worth giving it a shot. There’s no such thing as perfect - not just in games, but in life too. I’m being serious. Augments aren’t just going to disappear one day, surely not. But can something be done to improve the current situation? I believe so.
  6. Maybe it’s not something that can be easily fixed, I’m not a developer, like I mentioned earlier. But just because it isn’t solved on the spot doesn’t mean it’s not being looked into. You’re taking my point out of context. What I meant is that anyone can complain and call it a day. But in my opinion, offering a solution or at least something to work with shows maturity and makes the discussion worth continuing. That’s exactly why I said earlier, “Complaining is easy, actually trying to address an issue with a solution isn’t.” Yet again, you’re taking my point out of context. I was talking about the in-game settings, explaining that they exist so players can adjust the game to their liking. For some reason, you replied with a completely different point, though I’m still happy to respond. It’s true that players who spend money will have an advantage over those who don’t, but the current situation is much better than it used to be. The meta changes over time, and to give an example; right now Uranium is one of the strongest augments in the game, and it was purchasable with Crystals for many years. Even now it isn’t hard to obtain, and I know plenty of players who got it randomly. And while the current best augments can be tough to deal with, they can be countered. It’s not always easy, but if you play smart you can definitely make the best out of the situation. If you’d like to engage in a civil discussion, please reply to the points I actually make instead of taking them out of context. I don’t “defend” anyone, I simply voice my opinion. There are things I believe should be changed and areas where the developers can improve. No game is perfect, and Tanki is no exception. You’re suggesting changes that can’t be implemented. The game can’t remove a feature that’s been part of the game for a long time. You’re always welcome to share ideas, but they need to be reasonable and feasible.
  7. Neither do I, but that doesn’t stop me or anyone else from suggesting a solution to an issue you brought up yourself. Complaining is easy, actually trying to address an issue with a solution isn’t. Have a lovely night!
  8. They pretty much behave like the average player Just joking, I am sure improvements to bots will be implemented later on. Excuse me, but settings exist in every game so players can adjust the experience to their own liking. The “perfect” settings don’t exist, because every player has different preferences. If the developers forced one setup on everyone, a lot more people would actually be unhappy. 1. Here you are, complaining. 2. Many players still voice their opinions whether in chats, on the forum, or across social media. I agree, the list of augments is very confusing especially for new players. How do you suggest improving the situation?
  9. My team collects feedback and passes it on to the higher-ups, so asking for feedback on your own questions doesn’t really make sense but I’m happy to share my thoughts on them with you. Just keep in mind I’m not a developer, so I won’t always have all the answers. 2. All turrets in the game are capable of dealing critical damage, Armadillo provides resistance against this type of damage. While it doesn’t make you fully resistant to every turret, it does reduce the impact of a specific aspect of their damage. 4. It’s definitely an interesting topic to discuss, and I agree that too many things interfere with each other. I like that you can cancel Wasp’s OD with the overdrives of Mammoth or Hunter, but I don’t like how almost every overdrive can be canceled, even right after being fully activated, by a stun. 6. Bots are being worked on and improved from what I know but honestly, players first need to learn not to keep bumping into each other. 7. You can minimize the battle interface size to 75% to avoid this issue from bothering you, although it had never been an issue for me nor I heard anyone else complain about it. 8. There are many augments which are no longer useful in MM yet they serve different purposes such as for Parkour tricks or private battles. 9. In the current era of the game, clans are more of a social feature (not to be confused with eSports clans). Players enjoy coming together and being part of the same group. On top of that, there’s the aesthetic appeal of having a clan tag next to your nickname, many players (myself included) feel that the right tag makes your nickname look even cooler. 10. The game has several departments, each focusing on different aspects. The team that develops skins is separate from the one that handles game balance. That’s my two cents on your post. I’ll make sure to pass your questions along to the higher-ups. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

    Lets go Bears Claw

I will just go with the flow now unless someone has a strategy, I am open to ideas.
  11. No one is telling you to stop sharing your opinion, as long as it’s done respectfully and follows the game rules, your voice is always welcome. The Complaint Book was closed simply because it wasn’t serving its original purpose anymore. It was first created by our former Community Manager, Cedric, who used to check it weekly and forward complaints to the higher-ups. Our current Community Manager now collects feedback in other ways. Since we already had two topics doing the exact same thing, this one and the Complaint Book, there wasn’t really a reason to keep both open. Users were using them in the same way anyway. My team will be collecting feedback from this topic and passing it along, as long as it’s shared respectfully.

    War 2025

Please refer to this post as it explains why this paint was never meant to be exclusive. While Moonwalker was eventually made obtainable through containers, Traceur has never been released in any way.

The last War announcement clearly states the following: A special paint created exclusively for war winners; This paint will remain in the garages of those who have earned it, until the next war with a map-voting system

    DAD

As someone who finds comfort in this game, your post really resonated with me. I’ve always believed that for many people, Tanki Online is much more than just a game. Even if the excitement fades compared to when we first started playing, something about it always pulls you back, whether it’s the memories, the friends you’ve made along the way, or simply a bit of magic. I’m truly sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. I’m sure you’re a wonderful father to Olivia, and I hope she will come to enjoy the game as much as you once did.
  16. I mainly wanted to make myself more clear and I probably should have worded it better in my first post - The poll doesn't determent which language will be added first, but the opinions of the players who voted and commented were passed on. However, the main factors that are being taken into consideration are the statistics and data the developers collect. I hope that makes things clearer for you. Well, I’ve looked a bit deeper into the case, and it’s no longer just my assumption but a fact - adding full RTL support is indeed much harder than simply enabling Arabic in the lobby chat. Unlike mine, your assumptions don’t hold water. While there are plans to introduce new languages to the game, there’s no guarantee which ones will actually be added. Yes, the Arabic community is probably one of the largest currently playing, but other factors are also taken into account. The poll was created by me, and I included Arabic because I know the community is big - but that’s not proof of anything. The battle chat issue is an entirely separate matter; it has nothing to do with translating the whole game into Arabic, and it affects other languages as well, not just Arabic.
  17. I am sorry if you were under the impression that the poll is there to determent what language will be added next. The opinions of players always matter but having the most results in the poll doesn't guarantee that the winning language will be the first to be added. The topic was created with the purpose of getting the opinions of the community regarding what languages they'd be interested in seeing added to the game next, and these opinions have been passed to the people in charge. From that onward we have no control of what languages are added. I cannot remind you of something you weren’t aware of in the first place, nor am I allowed to share the details of internal conversations. As I mentioned earlier, there’s no guarantee that Arabic will be added at all, so referring to it as a “delay” isn’t really accurate. I am not a developer, but I'd assume there is a big difference between being able to chat in the global chat in Arabic than adding a RTL option for the whole game. As I can see what you're interested the most in is being able to chat in Arabic inside battles, I will forward your suggestion onward.
  18. Hi there, The poll was made simply to see what the Forum users think and it has no effect about the decisions the higher ups make. The decisions are made according to the statistics & data that the game developers collect. The Arabic community isn't being ignored as the topic of adding the Arabic language to the game has been brought up several times. Although, adding RTL (Right-to-Left) support is time consuming on top of not being an easy task. The Administration has no control over which languages are being added to the game, and I cannot guarantee when or if the Arabic language will be added to the game.
