The chat was disabled due to the current happenings in the world. Anything related to politics is forbidden in the chat. As for the nickname change - if you were inactive for a year and haven't bought anything in the game using real money for the past 3 years, your nickname can be taken by another player. In case that happens, your nickname will be changed to r_NICKNAME0 (e.g r_Spy0). You will be eligible for a free nickname change.

Patch Update #681 - Released 18th March 2022; Battle chats are disabled. [Note] We temporarily disable chats in battles as it became harder to moderate them in time in the current climate. Lobby chats are still available.

Ever since the new HTML5 version of the game was released, we all faced an issue with Shadowplay which prevented us from recording the game in full screen. I am glad to inform you all that a solution has been found! Follow those quick steps; 1. Open the properties of the client (by right clicking on the client's icon -> properties) 2. Click on compatibillity 3. Under "compatibillity mode", check the box that says "run this program in compatibillity mode for" and then select Windows 8. (It doesn't matter if you have a different version of Windows. For instance, I have Windows 10 and it still works). 4. Click on "apply" and then "OK". There you go! Players no longer use public parkour battles for parkour but to chill out with friends, some players have their own "parkour battles" which is probably what you have seen. If I am not mistaken, it is not a bannable offense. If you want to parkour without players' interruption, please create your own private parkour battle and invite your friends.
