The chance to hit a critical shot is 1%. Critical hit deals 2x damage now (for Juggernaut).

I think the next HD skin will be either Wasp HD or Thunder HD.

Now Juggernaut's critical shots deal 2x more damage but the chance to hit a critical shot is 1%. It's a good update in my opinion because you can protect yourself from critical shots with Armadillo or spectrum modules but nothing can protect you from Juggernaut's regular shots. So to sum it up, this update made Juggernaut a bit stronger.

I like the Juggernaut update, one step closer to make it as strong as it should be.

Nobody forces you to buy extra slots or join a clan. Players were asking for this update and I personally I am glad to see that the developers made some changes to the clan system.

It depends on the format actually; in Setups, the combinations for each player are picked in advance and they cannot be changed during the match (apart from protection modules). Setups works a bit differently. To understand it better, you can watch this video here made by the eSports team.
