yes up until today we were getting a package of free crystals in the shop either 100 or 1k . every time you refreshed the page you got one or the other or two of the same ones on separate pages. now new issues is opening up the weekly containers and it's not posting anything . system also after this shut down and lost connection . this was about 10 minutes later. yesterday I had this issue which I could not post it due to Imgur - not tanki..

what is going on now. free crystals have been removed ? also double posting on news info - from CM-- Crystalizer 2021

been waiting on them for about a week now and still not had any reply or ticket number sent to me. on any of my accounts.. sent in two emails this week so far.

just found this issue .. also on other accounts when you click on the claim box for containers this thing pops up . or we get this sent to us. the shop is no longer bright but its now dimmer then others. or is it off line ?

lets hope the system has been fixed for players to be able to buy items..

next time they should have three category paint / digital art / hand colouring . I guess mine was garbage seeing it did not get anything for it.. (

The pain , the agony / the torcher .. of not being able to purchase a battle pass .. due to the shop system not working .. now I understand how a non-buyer feels when they reach this level...

Sir I did contact them today ,, will see what they come up with also just tried to purchase with my credit card instead of paypal and it too also comes up similar to what paypal has

it would be nice to be able to purchase the packages .. but seeing my PayPal is still not allowing me to purchase Items ,, this gets a failing grade..

Sir its the same photo which I posted the other day in the forum. it seems that my account is blocked for unknown reason , is what I;m thinking .. it was fine before Jan 30 2021.. also I have been logging in and out . the strange thing its posted that I have 3 containers but after you open up 1 the other 2 magically disappear into thin air..

sir my computer shuts off every night and does the updates .been seeing this issues since it was up loaded,, what goes on with the paypal issues when I purchase an item it then takes me to the paypal page but instead of me being allowed to click on the button to ok purchase .. it just passes it all by and end up telling me that the transaction can't be completed. sir I have checked both paypal and bank accounts .. all is good for me .. no new agreements or updates to ok with paypal so I have no clue why I can't purchase any items in tanki..I did buy back on Jan 29 2021 and everything was ok ..
