still waiting for a response to this question... only asking cause of the Halloween contest / paint and colour we only were allowed to put designs on the tank and nothing else..

We will have two categories: Digital coloring, using a graphics editor Physical coloring, using pens, pencils, crayons, acrylics, oil colors, etc. ok so .. is it allowed to add items into the picture and would cut and paste be allowed.. seeing you did allow it in the postcard event ???

well not a fan of this v-log .. at my age going back in time makes me sad .. seeing back then I had more energy to play tanki .. not sure why another contest / colouring , seeing the post card one just happened.. if correct it should be Tanki Craft 2018 .. please make sure we have proper rules and guidelines for all to follow including the judging ...

not sure what is going on in the forum.. I signed out about 4 hours ago . but when I came back to the forum before signing in I was able to see the emojis normally when you are not signed in there only the normal postings ..

that is so funny I was going to use that on my last post but changed it to what it is now..lol
