not all parents watch what a child does in games over the age of 12 in Canada a child has rights and most choose not to have parents consent to them what games they can play.. also not everyone reads the license..they agree to it yea now for mods protecting my rights well they just proved it in a chat violation i posted last night when a player was insulting me with swearing on another account of mine and this is not the first time i have been insulted and not once has any mod or admin come to my defense ..regardless how old i'am ... and tanki can't stop younger players from playing due to ages there are so many here that don't get parent consent ..and for the chat issue this is what i was mainly referring too..there are lots of players just like in society they slip threw the cracks and never get caught..for example doing a police check in Canada its only good when you are at a police station once you leave its null and void also a police check will only tell u if you were caught and convicted of a crime not the ones which have never been caught..so there are so many unknown people out there that anything can happen and with tanki with not protecting private chat this opens up a can of worms ..

wow tanki has failed on this new chat room Sorry, we do not accept reports regarding private conversations anymore. not safe any more for younger players who need to be protected from anyone and giving them bad idea's ..tanki can be held legally accountable ( i think .. but need to speak to a lawyer on this issue ) if any bad things happen to these players...you really need to look into your legal ramification on what you are accountable for now a days...this is not just in Germany but all over the world ..people are suing company's left right and center on every little thing now..someone needs to change this back to make this a safe and protected gaming site for younger players

sorry hog left ..so that one will be hard to find these days now for the rest of your chat ..that i do fully agree with when your covering your team and the others are either in garage or chatting and have no care in the world to win..this is happening a lot even in Russian battles due to what i'm finding is if you stay in more then two battles you will see that one game your team wins then the next the other win and this is based on friends are in the teams on both sides and they like to make sure there friends also get winning crystals...i also have seen on server Russian 5 that in Tribute flag that the team leaves then returns once the other team gains players and then they jump in on other team and destroys the game and wins every time..you don't stand a chance now what i was understand from the other guy is too many are chatting in the game from start to finish basically about nothing that really should be talked about in open chat or in a private battle ...this gets out of hand at times but really there is little control on this we can do..the only thing tanki can do is remove chat in battles but this wont be good due to players need to tell other where the flag is in battle or which side to use ..
