That's the thing. We don't know that yet. We have yet to see if a new pattern will emerge. We have yet to see where those epic keys will be going to in the subsequent events. The fact that it happened at all is not a good sign. When progression gets removed randomly it usually takes quite a while to show up somewhere else, too long. Back when they nerfed normal containers in 2022, it took months before they increased the rate at which we obtained normal containers per week. It took even longer than that for a pity system to come in. For all we know, these epic keys might show up a month or two into the future. In the players' eyes, that's a period of progression being nerfed for no discernable reason.

My main gripe is they removed the normal advent calendar. I do see that they gave a few extra common keys for the duration of the event but the epic keys are gone. One could argue that the keys that we'd get from the removed advent calendar would have been put in Battleship event, however we got those same missions with the same prizes last year. I appreciate that they also extended the event mode special missions timer to be the entire week instead of the weekend but that changes nothing for the people already doing those missions on the weekend. It's still 3 epic keys vanishing into thin air. Regarding the 4,400 Advent Calendar, the Black Friday one was good as it's Black Friday, it was meant to be profitable. 60 epic keys on their own will not give a random player much. They might get a Legendary with a higher weighted chance to be a paint. Maybe a semi-useful status augment. They might even get a random exotic, but that would be good luck, not average luck, far less bad luck. This advent calendar is a cheap way (higher cost up front though) to get 60 epic keys but it really seems more like a cheap way for older accounts to get the recruit paint.

Adding to what Helios said, Stock Hammer itself has very high impact force right now. If it's not Boxer that is tripping you up (which it likely is), it could be a myriad of other Hammers too, such as Revolvers, High-Capacity Anno Clip, or other 3 shots Hammers that don't have decreased impact force.

How so? Last week when it came, this didn't happen. And it's not like it happened during a silent patch note on Friday. It was normal on Friday and then it started happening Saturday morning.

On Saturday morning this appeared on mobile, squishing the usable area of the HUD to the left and messing with my muscle memory and comfort of control. Another QOL downgrade for mobile. I'm not the only person this is happening to. It could be an Android-only issue as someone using iOS did not have it on their device.

With Wasp, Defender and Armadillo, an Excalibur with Booster/Crisis would be taking off 84% of your HP. Visually that is most of your HP bar so what likely happens is you were slightly injured beforehand and they finished you off. You wouldn't be getting one-shotted from a high HP % with your Titan if you had Defender's extra armour active and Armadillo equipped, even if you were previously under the effect of the Jammer status. If at that point you're still getting one-shotted by a Railgun, the only other augment that can do that is Hyperspace Rounds, which triples the damage of the shot every time it pierces any live tank.

Crisis' armour is the same as Defender's armour. What upgrade level is your Armadillo and what hull do you use? If you have 50% Armadillo with Defender then a maxed Excalibur can deal 1,500 damage to your hull's HP. 1,687 if they have Booster or Crisis. If your Armadillo is below 34% then your light hull can be killed from full HP. For your medium hull with that %, it will be taking off 67% of your max HP so if you were injured beforehand, it may appear that they "one-shotted" you but in reality they just finished you off. And do remember there are random Jammer status applications that can happen via Jammer augments, Pulsar augments, Tsar grenades (rarely) or Hornet/Paladin/Wasp Overdrives. Jammer applications remove the extra armour that your Defender gives you. So there may always be brief periods where you got "one-shotted" with Defender equipped but in actuality you didn't have your extra armour active.

To add to what Helios said, the reason your Defender drone isn't helping you is because of the base damage a maxed Excalibur Rounds Railgun does. 4,350 against a Defender drone is exactly 1,500 damage. So an Excalibur with infinite Boosted Damage supply uptime would be able to one-shot medium hulls with Defender drone and no Armadillo at any time. Your profile is hidden so we cannot see what hulls you use most. You need Armadillo to survive Excalibur, not Railgun module.

Show us a video recording of this specific instance. If a player has only the Armadillo module against you, then it will show the Armadillo icon and amount next to their name. If they have both Armadillo and the module of the turret you're fighting, the turret module will be the one that's visible next to their nickname. Defender enhances the effect of the Boosted Armour supply. The Boosted Armour supply reduces incoming damage by an amount. It does not directly increase the base HP of your tank like the Excelsior augment does. Look at it in terms of damage reduction enhancement. By itself you have 100 units = 1. When you are damaged by someone, you take damage ÷ 1 so x1 damage as usual. If you add Boosted Armour supply, that gives 50% (read 50 units) so 100 + 150 = damage ÷ 1.5. A Railgun dealing 1,000 final damage will deal 1,000 to a tank without any enhancements and 666 to a tank that has Boosted Armour supply. Equipping a fully upgraded drone increases that amount from 50 to 100. 100 + 100 = 200. Incoming damage is divided by 2. The Defender and Crisis drone add additional units to this. A fully upgraded Defender/Crisis will be adding an additional 90 units. 100 (base) + 100 (Boosted Armour supply) + 90 (extra armour from Defender) = 290. Incoming damage is divided by 2.9. This is approximately a 31% decrease in damage taken.

This is not a bug. The player you were fighting against was using the Defender drone. This enhances the effect of your Boosted Armour supply, reducing the damage even further. A fully upgraded Defender drone reduces incoming damage by a factor of 2.9 instead of the standard 2 you would have with other drones. You yourself are using the Defender drone as well. Anyone shooting you while your boosted armour and extra armour supply is active will be dealing less damage than they normally would.

Descriptions are not updated quickly (sometimes at all) when major changes occur. At random there will always be some augments that have inaccurate or incomplete descriptions due to how frequently balance changes. They've made an effort to update them over the last few years but have slowed down a bit. At the very least I can say the recent augment additions have had apt augment descriptions. Excalibur Rounds' description for example explains what it does it perfectly. Current augment descriptions that are inaccurate/outdated are: Isida - Nanomass Reactor Isida - Sustainable Nanobots (technically not wrong but it's not what was meant on release) Tesla - All status augments except Jammer Hammer - High-Capacity Ammot Clip Hammer - Assault Magazine Ricochet - Berserk (this one has been inaccurate for 2+ years now) Vulcan - Rubberised Rounds Vulcan - Explosive Band Smoky - Explosive Rounds Scorpion - Missile Launcher Swarm Scorpion - Missile Launcher Tornado Magnum - Mortar Railgun - Reinforced Aiming Transmission

Show us proof of this. The onus is on you to provide proof of such claims. I am taking you seriously, but there is only so much you can do with words. I can say that an enemy Destroyer Magnum was getting 90% critical hits in a battle through cheated methods. I can say that Opex-Rah entered a battle, instantly destroyed everyone's tanks in the battle and then left the battle. And would you believe me if I don't provide you proof? Why or why not? Video record your battles. Make sure you check the scoreboard at least every few minutes, drive around attacking different people. Show us the upgrade levels of your equipment. Give us the full picture so we can tell you what is happening.
