I say you can vote for the territories with supplies. But you can check with your team mates in the War Room they may have a better idea, or maybe not. :D

On first day (Strategy Phase) you need to make 200 kills and vote, kill anyone, friends and enemies, K/D is not important and it is not counted. On second day (Battle Phase) complete the kill quota and try to kill only enemies. Sometimes only kills count and sometimes it's K/D what it counts. Russians are organizing well and they can cause a lot of trouble for the rest, but they don't have a clear idea of what to do. EN players are not even organizing and I don't see a clear idea either. Smaller teams have good chances if they organize, but I don't see that. I think I'll only participate with one account, and with my other accounts I'll wait and see, most likely I'll just do missions while wearing the RU paint to not be a cannon fodder, this because I play when Russians are playing.

I recommend everyone to not buy the paints for now, we still don't know all the details. Personally, I may decide for another team that is smaller and more organized or if we can create groups of friends to play together and play strategically and decide a team later. This is the beauty of being a free thinker. ;)

You are right, I was reading the Heralds again from the beginning when I found that. But shouldn't Herald 1 be corrected then?

(from Herald 1) Is this correct? Do we need to wear the faction paint for the 200 kills to count? What about when in the second phase of a round? I think I read somewhere else that it doesn't matter, but I want an official answer. You mean Premium Account, right? I'm pretty sure I have Premium Account in my unopened containers and those will probably remain unopened. I'm a bit worried about ranking up too fast though.

Why were the Heralds removed and archived? I don't like having to do more clicks just to double check information of an already complicated event. I know helpers have posted copies in The War Room, but it is a mess with all the cut and pastes, and thats me who is interested in participating, now imagine regular players with little patience, or kids who want to participate. Just post a new announcement with all the rules and "FAQ"s in one place in News and Announcements for all players, where we can ask questions to devs. The War Room should be for players to discuss strategies and actions not to search information. PS: I understand that helpers are doing a lot trying to help players, what I don't see is direction from above, probably way above.

I think they want players hating each other, and when they hate each other they are not thinking, that's when they may start drugging and spending. During War, follow the money trail to know who are benefiting from it. I think the one in the middle will shoot second without turning.

Wow. I'm sorry, but I see this as another VK vs OK event. This is one of the reasons Tanki shouldn't do events where communities will be opposing each other.

I don't think it is needed because anyone can join with their alt accounts with different paints. EDIT: Actually it is a horrible idea, it will ruin battles, players will coordinate multing and raiding, it will benefit larger teams even more.
