I think it may either be that tanki developers changed the parameters of terminator. Also in the juggernaut page, M0 now has 20 upgradable steps instead of 10, so the table of statistics might be a bit outdated.

Maybe smokey is a tiny bit underpowered right now, but you must consider that smokey has a faster turret turning rate than shaft, as well as a higher knock-back effect. With the additional critical damage smokey is not really too weak.

This new turret would become a magnum with no self-damage and the afterburn effect, making it basically Overpowered and impossible to beat.

It would be much too confusing, and might bring bugs to the gameplay. Also, isida would be too overpowered, since it already does a high amount of damage so the additional self healing ability would make it OP, even if it is only in DeathMatch or Juggernaut Mode. In addition, the whole self healing ability was removed a long time ago due to unfairness, as it made the isidas impossible to kill, so I'd think that Tanki Developers proberbly won't introduce the self healing ability back to the game.
