That's true. This doesn't make it good on attack as you can't fire from cover and all it takes is a Rail with DP to blow you up. You can't knock off enemy aim either. However, it makes damn good defence on titan.

Incorrect. It doesn't damage on ordinary shots, but, because of the fire rate, you can get 1 critical every 1-2 seconds. The alteration doesn't reduce critical damage.

I disagree. Flash is true but p2w is NOT. If you have enough skill, you won't feel it's p2w. Those who buy deserve those benefits as they pay the devs by doing so. Without buyers, TO wouldn't have lasted 1 year due to fund shortage. Anyway, the devs say they're working on HTML5.

Shell is a total NO. I prefer the inconsistency as stock rail does much higher Dmg on average then SS. As for Scout, the faster fire rate is good but not if you end up in a 1v1 against smoky or rico. In such cases , the damage required per shot is much higher than scout can give. I know as , being an attacker, I've come in many such situations. I'm perfectly happy with stock. Thanks.

I disagree on Juggernaut. It's supposed to have unlimited use of DA,DP&SB. So, they can't cool down. It may reset jug's OD though.
