Hey, Twitch only allows normal users to select one quality option, be it 480p, 720p, 1080p or anything else; normal streamers can only select one option. The /tankiplays channel is also a normal channel, not verified nor partnered with Twitch, it can only stream with one option. 720p has been the middle ground for everyone and will most likely stay like this. If the stream does buffer and you're unable to hear Nives speak, you can always join us via Discord and hear him along with fellow guests. :)

There are failed rank ups; there are the trolls at the rank ups. Sometimes the timing is awful; sometimes you need a little extra help. Everything is perfect very rarely. Hey, By saying "getting advanced isn't that hard", what I should have really said was something along the lines of; "getting advanced isn't that hard if you follow the rules, help out fellow players and are active, mature and responsible. Being trustworthy comes without saying." Of course, by 'active' no one means being online 24/7 — everyone has their own life and other responsibilities, which should always come before any role. A simple colour and a few extra permissions should never stop you from pursuing those much more important things in your life (eg: school).

Hey Rocket, Getting advanced isn't that hard and Admins of Discord aren't the only ones actively looking out for new advanced users. In the past week, for example, we have already had two new advanced users. Discord Moderators are also looking for new advanced users. You should be active and help out fellow players to build up trust with Discord Moderators (who will suggest you to be an advanced user). Talking and engaging in conversations with others is a huge plus too, it shows more of who you are.

Hey, Very happy to see that one of the issues is now resolved. As for mouse controls, you cannot use it on Google Chrome (while playing on Flash Player). I would highly recommend switching from a browser to the downloadable TO Client. Not only will it help decrease lag, increase FPS but will also allow you to play on Flash Player while playing with mouse controls simultaneously.

Hey, Since not all of your issues/complaints were directed in the answer above, I'll go a little in-depth with the unanswered questions as well as a quick overview of what has already been answered for ease. HTML 5: ​​Sometimes, your browser might automatically switch from the regular Flash Player to the HTML5 version. If this does happen, there's a number of ways you can go back to playing in the Flash version of the game. The easiest way (and I assume the one you'd be more pleased to hear) would be to simply visit TO using the Flash link (provided below) in your browser; this will switch from HTML5 to Flash Player, without having to do much. Another way could be, as @CooperO mentioned, is to play via the official TO Downloadable Client — you will always be playing using Flash Player in this client; HTML5 is not an issue here. Also, it's a great way to decrease lag (another issue you are having, which we will get into later on). A link for the client is also provided below. Shaft M1: As far as I know, there has been a number of changes with Shaft; the TO Wiki states that the minimum damage for Shaft (M1) is ~477, which is roughly what you are dealing to other tankers, instead of closer to ~1897. I am unsure of why this might be the case and excuse my ignorance on this, I will be sure to forward this to one of the helpers who will be able to assist you further on the matter. FPS Issues/Lag: The absolute golden question! Now, there are so many reasons as to why this might be happening that I wouldn't bother writing them. I can, however, provide a number of solutions that are (almost) guaranteed to help: Disable in-game graphics(1) Go to your game settings; (2) Click "Graphics"; (3) Disable any unnecessary setting. Disable unnecessary programs(1) Go to your task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc); (2) Click on apps that aren't used and close them ("End Task"). Clean your PC(1) Download a program that will clean your PC (a free, legitimate one); (2) Follow the directions provided by the program. Disable effects (on PC/Laptop)(1) Open Control Panel (system settings); (2) Go to settings; (3) Click "Visual Effects"; (4) Click "Adjust for best performance"; (5) Click "Okay". Play in full-screen mode(1) Press F11 Clear browser cache(1) See the link provided below. Play in the downloadable TO Client(1) See the link provided below. Hey, I have tried to jot down my own opinions on the reasoning you have given for this so-called petition. Although I disagree very much with what you have to say about Star Week, I can (as anyone would) see where you are coming from and why one might think like this. Hopefully, by the end of this, you can see the bigger picture. Starting off with the main reason for this petition, Star Week(s) devaluing the actual celebrations; Haloween for example. In the past, Halloween has been known for its high number of Gold Box rate, special map and battle funds. I would add sales to this list but I (personally) feel that those aren't that big of a deal, not in Haloween anyway. Star Week is an opportunity, for players who are willing to spend extra time, to earn bonuses and rewards in return of their efforts. This, in no way shape or form, means that a user is obliged to play let alone complete the Star Week's chain of rewards if you will — no one, not the developers nor the players, 'force' you to play or take part in the Star Week, it is and will always will be one hundred percent your own choice. Although I agree that the rewards are not worth the extra effort, you must understand that the prizes earned in such events are merely bounces, an additional way to earn a little more during such celebrations. Once again, Star Week is an opportunity, for players who are willing to spend extra time; you do not have to take part in these if you do not feel the need to.

Hey, There are a few ways around this. However, in the end, the decision is purely yours and not mine to make. All I can do is provide alternatives; as given below. Window 10 Users:Windows 10 is arguably the best operating system out there at the moment. One of the great tools you get with this is the ability to have multiple "desktops" opened at once; this is used to organise your work and programs. Simply create a new desktop on Windows 10 and move the '.cmd' file to that second desktop. It'll be as if it's not even there. Start-up Files (All Operating Systems):Simply add a shortcut file of the '.cmd' file to your start-up folder — this will result in the file automatically opening as soon as you start your PC/Laptop, eliminating the process of opening it each time you start up your pc manually. Note: Your Discord should also be on auto-startup, along with the '.cmd' file(s) for this to work.
