Hey, You are right, it does. Especially if you are in a long battle, it can be a pain. To avoid leaving, you can post the link using a different account and/or get a friend to do so. Anything that lets the Battle Moderators know about the issue, as long as it doesn't break the rules of the Game, should be fine. :)

That is very unfair and will absolutely not happen. Anyone and everyone should be allowed to play on the English servers, Russian servers or any other servers. It is your own choice and that should not be taken away. Just because of the minority, removing all Russian players who prefer to play in the English servers seems very unfair to me. Hackers, whether English or Russian, are dealt with equally. Punishments and sanctions are already put into place to avoid this. I have given ways to report such hackers before. The game is trying its best to get rid of hackers, there are things you can do to help them and I'd strongly advise you to do so. :)

Hey, If I have understood your question correctly, you are talking about Russian hackers/cheaters that are in the EN Servers and are not being dealt with because of their Russian background. If that is the case, it is not true. Anyone on the English servers, whether you are Russian, English, German or come from any other communities must abide by the rules too. If a player is seen hacking, there's plenty of things you can do: Use the /vote [user] command (eg: /vote Mikaelson); Report the user (with the battle link, if any & reason) in the "Game Reports" channel room in the Chat (eg: Mikaelson (Hacking) Battle_Link/Matchmaking); If all the above fails, you can always record the user in question and report them in the following section: Game Violation Reports Russian Battle Moderators work on their servers, while English Battle Moderators work on our servers. If a Russian player decides to play on our servers, English Battle Moderators deal with them. Same goes for an English player playing on a Russian server.

Hey, I, personally, have this drone. I have used it multiple times and it does its job; activate the 3 supplies when I spawn for a few seconds. Since I also use my own supplies in battles, it is often harder for players to kill me — allowing enough time for my batteries/drone to recharge. Once it does this, my little drone shows next to my tank. Most players die before this happens, resulting in the drone not appearing next to their tank. :)

Hey Seanithen, I hope all is going well. In Matchmaking battles, activating all three supplies (at once) is not possible. What you described here sounds very much like the drone named "Trooper". When a player spawns, the drone activates Double Damage, Double Armor and Speed Boost for a short time. The Drone itself will not be visible until the drone supply has regenerated (and the player is still alive). Once it has been used (for example, when the player respawns), the drone disappears until of course, it is once again regenerated. You can, however, use all supplies (at once) in specially created Pro Battles which have the cooldowns turned off (or in Parkour Modes). Hey, There are a few things you can do if this happens. First and foremost, you need to make sure that this does not happen again. I would highly recommend that your account should be linked with an email (if it isn't already) and you should change your password immediately (guides on how one can do this are given below). As for the items used by the hacker, the only thing you can do is contact the tech support and explain your issue. There is no guarantee that the Gold Boxes spent will be returned to your account but one can always hope for the best. A special form is also linked below, to contact the tech support. Hey Golfinary, First, about the eSports bans: Now, I am no eSports guru or an official to comment on this matter. However, as a player, here is what I know; eSports bans are given to those that, obviously, break the eSports rules. The duration of the ban is given depending on how bad the situation is. For example, for a serious violation, you are given a FOREVER ban from taking part in all eSports activities. One day bans are very rarely (or never) actually given. I'm not sure where you got that information from. Also, very often, players who are banned from taking part in eSports are also not allowed to play using any alt accounts. Doing so will result in the duration of the ban increasing. Punishment for cheating in Tanki Online is and always has been taken very seriously. Any player found doing so will likely receive a long ban — this can include (but is not limited to); 6 Months Ban, 12 Months Ban, FOREVER Ban or BLOCKED from the game. If this is done in eSports, most often than not, all of the player's alt accounts are also disqualified from taking part in any eSports activities, as I mentioned before. Yes — if done in-game, a player can simply create a new account and start over, there is no rule against that. Although doing so, will result in starting from the very beginning; earning all the experience points again; the crystals and everything that comes in between. Hacking once again will simply restart the cycle for you. To me, that would sound like a lot of wasted time. As for the containers, the prizes are random. You are more likely to get the Common prices than any other. Though one thing I would like to point out is that the drop rate percentages of each item from containers have not been disclosed by the developers. During the War (2), I received around 65 containers and I must say, I was very pleased with what I got. I personally think that it is better to open containers in a bulk (x15, x30) rather than 1 each. However, you do what is best for you. To get something good out of containers, you have to be extremely lucky (praying for TO Developers also helps, I heard :ph34r:). From the screenshot, it appears your PING is over 100 — which is quite a bad connection. I suggest you try one of the things listed below and see if any help. Please let me know if it doesn't, so I can redirect you elsewhere to get the issue resolved. Slow Internet Connection? Move your router: Lots of things can impact the strength of a wireless broadband signal - walls, doors, even interference from things like baby monitors. So if you're suffering from slow or unreliable Wi-Fi, try moving your router. Ideally, it should be positioned high up - on top of a bookshelf, for example. Clean your computer: There are tons of applications on your computer that could be using the internet, possibly some without you even knowing it. Windows updates, security scans and updates, media player pop-ups, instant chat applications, Skype, open website tabs and more - all these things can eat away at your broadband speed. To boost your speed, shut down services you don't want, as well as any bandwidth-heavy streaming services like BBC iPlayer and Spotify when you're not using them. You should also delete old files, and clear your browser history - you can do this from your web browser options menu. Get a powerline adapter: Powerline adapters use the electric power lines in your house to boost your signal from room to room. These are particularly useful if there are rooms in the house where your wireless signal is weak. Switch broadband: If you find that your connection is still slow, switching to another provider is possibly the best solution. Companies should be able to do a line test and give you an indication of the speeds you can expect to see before you sign up - and if they don't deliver, you may have the right to cancel your contract. Fibre optic broadband will be your fastest option - assuming it's available in your area, of course.
