As I was reading, it was around 2015 when Adobe decided to end Flash. Flash will still get patch updates until the end of this year. But after that there'll be no more patch updates, not even security patches.

They can archive account data even from accounts older than 2 years, only the nickname could be in the game. Then when a player comes back after 2 years, the game could tell them that thier account will be ready the next day, after it's loaded again when server restarts. I don't think it's a lot of data to archive. And it could also serve as another back up.

With my idea they can do both. Old acounts get deactivated and they are put in a different storage until they get reactivated if the player comesback to Tanki and starts the process. I'm not sure if it's doable, it's just an idea. I just think 3 years is too short to completely delete accounts.

Do it after the TO holiday.

Maybe old accounts shouldn't be deleted. Couldn't those just be deactivated, so that when you comeback after a long time you'd have to reactivate them.
