Yeah, I don't have any problem if premium players or buyers take all the fund from pro battles to boost their garage for MM battles. But not being able to create battles along with the risk of being kicked for nothing is a deal breaker, many people will leave for good. Devs may think non-buyers will leave only but there are many players who just complete the daily missions and challenge and then switch back to pro-battles and xp/bp for fun, they'll be upset too.

I don't really play much these days, but I only come back for some xp/bp. Thanks for ruining it! Imagine not being able pratice and play with friends just because you do'nt have premium. Can you imagine being kicked from an intense battle by the opposite team when you're on the winning side? Can you imagine someone kicking all of the members and take the all the fund after a very long battle? This update is just created to ruin the pro battles once for all, so they can boost the mm battles. But it will bite them back.

ASL mode is partially ruined, no matter how much you try you can't stop someone from capping, especially the hoppers.

Keep the battle duration up to 7 or 8 minutes then it will be meaningful. Only keeping the health high while shortening the battle duration will slowly make the game boring and unenjoyable. Aslo, keep this update away from Xp/Bp and eSports.

Well written. These are exactly same thoughts I've about this game and probably many others. One thing is pretty obvious that they're not trying to build a big player base again, instead they're milking the last cows. For me this game has the potential to compete against the other popular games if it was balanced,but it's not the goal of the decision makers. The other thing is that, there are many ways to earn from a game other than forcing the players to pay to gain an unfair-advantage over others. And these "decision makers" are either too stupid to realise that (which I don't think is the case) because other games are also doing that. Or they're doing it deliberately because they've clear plans to end this game and gain as much as possible profit before that (which makes more sense) Either way, it's very unethical to ruin someone's childhood game's farewell as toxic as Tanki's is going to be.

I've used Gauss most of my MM battles from a year and half, now I also use Magnum along with Gauss. Both turrets do significant amount of self dmg at close range and I've Owl at 31% and Griffin at 38% both prots reduce a noticeable amount of self dmg, but I would say Griffin takes the cake here. I've only MK5 Hornet and there are multiple occasions where I 1-shotted myself from self dmg (yes, no kidding) when I'm not using Griffin and when I'm using Griffin it's just a ticklish amount of self dmg.

It's actually a good alt for DM battles. And special DM battle is coming soon, you're pretty lucky in this regard.

Yes, you can good battle fund and some supplies but what will you do with them, use those to play to complete more missions and it goes on an on? You know people play games for enjoyment but this is just a burden, isn't it?

The exp earning in xp/bp is also changed to what it's like in private battles (1exp for 1 kill instead of 10exp like it used to be)

I dislike Island, Hill or Poly CP battles because of too many Firebirds (especially with CFT alt). But these are very popular among the pro battles and they're already being ruined by these immunity alts (augments)

MM and xp/bp are two different worlds, if you just shut down the xp/bp completely than I can guarantee you that most of the players will quit instead of switching to garbage MM, even the players who do daily missions sometimes and switch back to xp/p. They're just demotivating the players to quit instead of switching, if they really wanted them to switch they had created a battle mode called "xp/bp" in MM instead of creating the useless modes that are hardly played by anyone and just increase the queue time, at least they'd have a continuous stream of players in that mode. And if they're too desperate to earn money from pro-battle players then they should do something like reserving top/bottom bar of the screen for ads in pro-battle modes and if someone don't like the ads they can buy a "premium pro subscription" for a little money each month. Irritating but win-win situation. I don't really understand they think that milking the players is the only way to make money.

It still has reload delay but the shot charge up is like stock, it was higher before.

A lot of players love to ruin them (especially the ones who cannot be better at xp/bp). Also it's hard to make everyone remove protections meanwhile new people are joining in between so it's not really easy to bring everyone on the same page. Imagine a very intense battle is going on and after all the struggle everyone is finally playing without protections and then just one smoky enters and ruins everything. It really boils my blood.

When there was a mission to kill with mines, I found some afk tanks and placed the mine in front of them then shoved them into the mine to get a kill. ?
