I guess the nerf was intentional, but buyers had made some serious complaints (maybe warning for legal action). They have no choice but to add back the splash. At the end of the day, some players had paid a good deal of money for EMP Gauss. They can't simply remove one of its features without any documentation.

I thought it was exactly the energy for firing shots. After this update, the energy would not reload automatically. You need to spend an "energy" to reload your turret. Thus you will be a sitting duck and real cannon fodder when you are running out of "energy". ??

Premium does not buff your battle points. You need Isida + Dictator + Trickster/Mechanic Drone to farm points.

The patch notes didn't mention when the status effects would be applied (once the bomb is placed or when the bomb detonates). If it is the former case, it means Hunter has no chance to counter Wasp's bomb.

So what's the point of using Hunter now?

Magnum shot cannot deal damage if it does not have a direct line of sight (e.g. fire the shot behind building or wall). People are complaining in the Complaint Book . Not sure if this change is intentional or not. Could be another nerf which was not mention in patch notes...
