That's perfectly normal actually. Players join the game, go through their cycle, then leave. In the meantime, new players are joining. Just because players from 4-5 years ago aren't here anymore, doesn't mean they haven't been replaced. It's like that with every game. I was one of the first beta testers of World of Warcraft and keep playing up until Cataclysm. I don't play anymore though, cos I've moved on. That said, WoW is as strong as ever.

We never said the Clan system was coming right after the Domination series. The Clan system will come when it's ready, and we don't have an ETA for that yet. It's a pretty huge update that requires a lot of work, planning and thought. Please be patient.

No. I just don't allow people to shoot their mouth with baseless allegations and accusations. Some people (and I'm not necessarily saying this is what happened in this case, mind you) think that just because they are customers, they have a god-given right to do and say whatever pleases them at the expense of everything and everyone. That's not on here.

Our Payments Manager is doing her best, believe me. It's an incredibly hard and frustrating job. There's tons of paperwork, technicalities, complexities and politics involved. I wouldn't do that job for a million bucks.

As I've said repeatedly in this thread, the service provider we're dealing with only caters for US. We're trying to get more service providers for more countries.
