When you have a complaint about a moderator, you should speak to the moderator's admin, in this case . The case you're mentioning is old, and was dealt with appropriately. Please don't bring up topics that have already been dealt with.

Unfortunately I have nothing to give you at this point in time. And Perm office is on minimal staff right now since it's holiday season till the 9th. That said, I expect us to get some news towards mid-January. Now that the new turret and new alterations have been released, I suspect the devs will shift their energy back to working on those aspects of the game. Of course, this is just speculation on my part, so please don't take it as fact. However, I promise I'll try to get more info in my next meeting with the devs next week.

I wanna remind you that it's not for me to decline suggestions, the same as it's not for me to dictate the roadmap for our development team. And while they are definitely aware of the suggestions being contributed by you and other players, they are under no obligation to implement those suggestions. I also wanna remind you that what you see is only a very small part of the development plan, and that seen outside of the complete context, it will be very hard to understand or make sense of. That doesn't mean it doesn't make sense though.

About your comment on Tanki contests only being won by high rankers...actually, quite a few mid-rankers won the new turret in the Striker giveaway. And the same goes for millions of crystals handed out to thousands of participants in the Tanki Thinking Challenge. As for the rest of your comment, I really didn't get what you're talking about. Maybe you could elaborate?

Actually, one of the ways we're working on dealing with sabotage is the matchmaking system. I can't go into details at this point in time, because the mechanics might be subject to change. Nikk - Nikk has done an incredible amount of "background" work to support events in the EN Community and supported them for a long time now. His active role in the Game and its events started more than a year ago, even though he had no official role or group at the time. The EN Community's events are where they are now thanks to him. GoldRock - While Goldrock has always been an active contributor to the community, this year his contribution has been stellar. He single-handedly took the dying English TO Newspaper, restructured it, breathed new life into it, and turned it into a well-oiled, bona fide newsroom producing exceptional articles for the Community's entertainment. eragon33 - Eragon33 has been furiously active in the Newspaper since April/May 2016. The quality and quantity of work he's done for all the designs over most of 2016 has been top notch, and he's the sole reason why the Tanki Online EN Newspaper has professional designs. He's literally no-lifed for the Newspaper, producing an exceptional quality and quantity of work, earning Helper of the Month 6 times during the year. Shedinja - This is a joint nomination for Newspaper and Wiki Editor work combined. Shedinja's contributions as both Reporter and Wiki Editor have been invaluable. He is dedicated and well-mannered, able to organize himself and cope with the project's assigned tasks in due time as well as writing informative articles/guides that have helped players immensely. Hny93 - Hny93 is a hard-working moderator, known for clean, precise and correct implementation of chat moderation. Always on high alert and open to suggestions, he has constantly improved his work and approach to moderation, which earned him Helper of the Month eight times in 2016! M4jH0L-AFG - One of the helpers who have been instrumental in getting big things moving in the community during the past year, both as Chat administrator and admin in charge of V-LOG translators. Prior to becoming Chat admin, he was nominated Helper of the Month for 5 consecutive months. M4jH0L-AFG is always on call and can always be counted on. rommeltanki - Easily the most popular and helpful Chat moderator according to players, he's known for his endless patience and for pushing the boundaries in order to help the players of the EN community. He has been a valuable asset to the team since joining it. Sia - Sia has been an active Helper from the very first days of joining the team and has since helped a lot with not only answering questions, but also with keeping the site clean from flood and other rule-breaking activities. She has been a regular nominee for Best Helpers since March, and is a deserving candidate for Best Helper of the Year. SHOAIB.ZAFAR - One of the most active helpers of the game, SHOAIB.ZAFAR definitely deserves the title of Best Helper, taking into account the fact that he's not only actively helping on the site, but on every platform where players can ask questions. As someone who appeared in the list of best helpers every month starting from June, he has very well earned his spot in the list of Best of the Year. PC-JACK - Probably one of the most active and consistent moderators, has been nominated Helper of the Month 8 times in 2016. DarkOperative - DarkOperative is great at his job, taking care of both English and Arabic posts on the page, and frequently helping other mods with issues that come up. He has been nominated Helper of the Month 6 times in 2016. CooperO - CooperO has been touted as a "beast" when it comes to moderating the forum. She has occupied practically all sections of the forum and has been ensuring that the place remains family friendly for all forumers and has also been helping tremendously in recruiting new candidates as well as a huge amount of help in eSports. Miahak - Many players would say he's not active as a forum moderator. Which is not true at all. Miahak has for more than a year been one of the main centre point for processing forum reports, warnings, and bans. He has been and continues to be the cool voice of reason and ensures moderators don't overdo their actions or apply overly harsh bans, but at same time be constantly aware of repeat offenders and ensuring they don't harm the family friendly atmosphere all across the forum. Without his daily work behind the scenes of the forum all throughout the year, the forum would have been a very different and not at all the welcoming place that it is now for all tankers. Joostcool - Joostcool has been on the eSports scene since 2012, both as a successful veteran and later on as a helper. His work in the field has helped out through all periods of eSports, during the high times as well as the low times and is ever more essential now than ever during a transitional period in the field. He has also, along with Miahak and SpaceCowboy18, been one of the persons processing forum reports, specially from the Clans section. SpaceCowBoy18 - SpaceCowboy18 has volunteered a lot of his time ensuring peace in the Clans section and helping out start-up clans and teams through their initial phases. He has also, along with Miahak and Joostcool, been processing all the reports emanating from the forum and ensured there has been a fair judgement given to forumers as well regular repeat offenders. Mafioso - Mafioso has been one of the main pillars of community management's relaying of feedback and new proposals from the community to the developers, by scrutinizing all new proposals on the forum, breaking them down, and responding to player queries with full elaborate answers and keeping close watch of developer implementation of features both on the English and Russian forum. skeletorXVIII - skeletorXVIII has been of huge help in various areas, but particularly with Daily events and livestreamed events. With several long hours put in to each of them, ensuring everything goes as smooth as possible on the technical side of things, even taking upon his own initiative to code and program one of the tools Event Organisers use during events. During livestreams he becomes the neural centre for all the working team, from artists to commentators, to moderators, to coordinators and even players on the field. He also helps in training new members and is the go-to person when it comes to anything tech-related.
