Whether as a loyal customer you you are entitled to extra goodies in a new game, is another subject altogether. Im not saying you shouldn't be given such goodies. All I'm saying is that when you spent money to buy crystals, you received all of those crystals (and sometimes even more), so the "service contract" was fulfilled. As I've already said, I'll do my best to argue in favor of the players, but I am not in a position to promise anything. Of course, if the community continues to argue for this in a civil way, and demonstrating goodwill (as many of you have done), it will make my task a lot easier.
