It's to tell the users that if you have some crystals to spare, which paint should you rather buy? You shall buy the one that would serve you good at even a lower cost. I simply compared their price ranges, protection levels, etc to decide which shall be useful to the buyer.

I never said that savanna/prodigi is not better than digital. But, in terms of choice and amount of crystals spent by the user, digital will be a good buy.

WHICH PAINT SHALL I BUY? Hello young and old Tankers! In this topic, as you can already guess from the title, I will be comparing a few paints that have protection against the same turrets but differ in their price ranges. I would also help you, my fellow Tankers, to choose the better one and help you spend your crystals in the best possible manner. The paints, the ones which I chose for this topic are - Fracture, Digital and Savanna. Let's start! The paints, as named above, have something in common - Guess what? All are paints, right? They got to protect you against Railgun, Smoky and one other turret, though the protection levels are different. Remember that, a better buy is one in which you not only save crystals but also get benefited by the purchase! Now let's see what these paints are giving to us! FRACTURE Protection Levels: Vulcan-12%, Smoky-10%, Railgun-20% Think of that extra-ordinary moment when you play your 1st ever XP battle- how great, isn't it? But, what if, you work hard to be able to play the XP format and soon get yourself a M2 hull and M2 railgun - but damn, you don't have the paint to join the battle! So embarrassing...! Then, in that case, Fracture would certainly be your choice because it's the cheapest one available! But that's not the only reason why you should buy this paint. This paint would be useful to you even in standard battles of long range and make your Tank look like a work of art. The decent protection against Smoky is useful sometimes in surviving the critical shots and giving your enemy a good return. Vulcan, a new, yet popular turret is like a massacre in the battlefield and if you like to use a light hull, sometimes it won't even give you a chance to turn towards your enemy and shoot him! The good protection against it would help you survive longer. Moreover, it comes for purchase to your garage at lower ranks (starting from Warrant Officer 5) and is certainly a good buy. But, if you buy it only for XP/BP battles, you're going in the wrong way, my friend! At higher ranks, you'll certainly be getting a M3 XP/BP combo and then, this paint wouldn't be usable in such battles. So, it is recommended that you buy the paint at a lower rank, use it and then when you reach the higher staircases of your life, compromise with a better paint. DIGITAL Protection Levels: Smoky-13%, Shaft-10%, Railgun-35% Now, this paint would certainly give your Tank a weird look! But if you don't buy the paint for this reason, you'd be doing a BIGGGGG , really BIG mistake!!! Another reason why you could reject this paint is it's unsuitability in XP/BP battles - yes, now I can't oppose you this time but that's the sad truth! This paint comes with a really HIGH protection against railgun (35%) and it's quite useful for surviving more shots of your most-feared turret! Over that, if you are a Wasp like I am, you will surely know the pain when you go to attack the flag and out of the blue, a single attack of Shaft drags the life out of you! This paint would surely protect you, won't it - and you can even increase its protection if you want to. This paint too comes with a Smoky protection that comes in handy. It's quite useful in mid to long range battles and hep you a lot - believe me! It also comes at a higher, yet affordable cost of 79500 crystals - if you really want to get it but can't get it now, wait for the sales to come! Available from the rank of Captain, this paint certainly would make you the captain in the battlefield. SAVANNA Protection Levels: Ricochet-15%, Smoky-40%, Railgun-20% BOOM! A really big protection against smoky is it's advantages. A Smoky shot, which earlier used to trouble you so much, will now be only a pinch in your arms! Moreover, it comes with a good protection against Ricochet and railgun. It is available for use in XP/BP battles with M2 hull. This paint is very advantageous in long and mid range battles in maps like Kungur, Noise and Serpuhov. It also gives your Tank an awesome greenish texture making you look cute. The only things, which could discourage you from buying this paint are its high cost (129,000 crystals) and unavailability at lower ranks (unlocks at the rank of Brigadier). But, mind it, the paint is worth it's cost! It would certainly help you in attacking the flag or the control point. It goes well with any hull. But as it is, only one paint would win the contest - the one which is the best buy! The paint gets the golden trophy for being the BEST BUY. And the paint is......
