One can simply understand why @Flexoo 's entry was placed at #3. If it was placed at #2 or #1, the contest would not have featured in the next issue because it would be quite simple and useless. But the task was to come up with a quite new contest idea and his idea was very unique and well-written, therefore he got the 3rd position. The 1st position is also a very good choice, and deserves to be featured in the next issue of the paper. But, no offense, #2 is dull and not that good.
