Utc 0 is a longitude passing through Greenwich. Time is calculated from there. All regions East to it are ahead of it while regions West of it are lagging behind. For example, Sri Lanka lies at UTC +5:30. So its time is 5 hours and 30 minutes ahead of UTC 0. So if Tanki announces something that will occur at 12:00 UTC 0, a person in Sri Lanka will have to have 5 hours and 30 minutes to that time to get time in his country. That will be 17:30 or 5:30 pm.

I don't think it is possible for protection hacks to exist. Although, sometimes , due to lag my tank becomes invincible. No turret is able to do damage to me and I can't damage anybody else until I refresh the page. In your case, isida must have self healed or the distance might be big so you might not have been doing as much damage as you think. Also, it is possible that you might have been hitting something near to viking. Splash damage of thunder will obviously do lesser damage.
