It depends on your gameplay style. If you want to gain fast xp's then go for isida. If you are fine with standing in one place for long time then shaft. BTW, shaft is a bad combination to use with wasp. Next time ask in What to buy? Which is better?

Try to log in from another server and then change server to EN4 using in-built function.

There is one more important aspects of upgrades. As said, people might start with one combo and end up disliking it. To prevent this m0's are made cheap so that people can try all combos and by the time they reach m2/m3 stage they should be highly specific about combo they use. Hence, higher upgrades are expensive.
