Does Wiki have PNAU which is being updated? If not, why has the PNAU in forum not been updated since September, 2015?

It's a common issue. Remember that when you load for the first time, it downloads Game cache files which are nearly 2 GB in size. You might have to restart the client multiple times before all the files are loaded. So, yeah... It does take a long time at first.

It's not based on cumulative probability. It's possible for all Generalissimos to get an XT mission on the same day (though the chances are infinitesimal). It's individual chance. You have to be very lucky to get it, that's all. And no, Daily Mission don't depend on your activity (Although if you get 3 new missions daily, you obviously have a better chance than someone who just gets 1 new mission in 2 days).

23 hours means 23 hours from when you pressed the 'upgrade' button. It doesn't matter if you're using the equipment or log off or anything. 23 hours later, it should have been MU'ed. Report the problem with screenshots to Help Desk at help@tankionline.com
