Mensa would be the most well known which is open to with an IQ of more than approximately 135(On a standard 160 scale test). Higher score iq tests aren't reliable and not used for anything other than general purposes. Secondly, I don't believe measuring IQ serves much purpose. A high IQ won't make you rich or more likable or anything like that. All meaningful things in life come from hardwork and attitude. A high IQ is like being born with a pack of abs. If you don't work out, you'll lose them and it also doesn't mean that no one else can get them. I'm sure I can calculate the volume of a 4D sphere (technically, the 4th dimension equivalent of volume) faster than Donald Trump and yet I'm here and he's there. That being said, the last time I attempted it, I scored around 140 (in the 160 scale test) and was invited to mensa but that's another story.
