Test server can only be accessed by Developers and Testers. To become a tester, you need to speak Russian and have few other qualifications. Sometimes, when the developers feel the need for mass testing of a new feature, test servers are opened for everyone. Currently, the test servers are closed and you can only enter with an invite code, which as I said earlier, is only given to Testers. Next time, if you have a question, please refer to the Help site
