You can argue about it all you want, but in the end, the final decision rests with the moderation team. You have to realise that even they are answerable for their actions and if it is questioned later on, they should have sufficient evidence to support their decision. If the proof was enough, they really don't have a reason to not ban him, do they? In any case, let's wait for someone from the official team to clarify this particular matter. -

Test server can only be accessed by Developers and Testers. To become a tester, you need to speak Russian and have few other qualifications. Sometimes, when the developers feel the need for mass testing of a new feature, test servers are opened for everyone. Currently, the test servers are closed and you can only enter with an invite code, which as I said earlier, is only given to Testers. Next time, if you have a question, please refer to the Help site
