Yes, they stay in your garage forever, even after the event concludes. :) You don't need to win the paint, you can purchase it. Actually, I think you missed the cut-off time for purchasing either of those paints. :( I thought the same thing, they look very similar. However, I'm very sure that their textures are worlds apart but their on-tank appearance is very similar.

I actually disagree. The excessive blur gives a cool trippy effect. Me likey. :D I don't like your choice of background in this scenario. The final product is pretty cool because the blur sorta masked the strange background but I'd have liked to see a post-apocalyptic background to match the map. I know it isn't really your style but would still be cool to see!

When I’m free I can tell you pretty much everyone.

Basically, what I'd say is, get a stable job with a reasonable income, do it 'till you're in your mid 20's and settle down. Once you're comfortable and got some good amounts of money in the bank and invested, then feel free to trial those things on the side and see how you go. Don't jump into it now, you have everything to lose and if it doesn't go to plan, you'll most likely find yourself on the streets.
-
That's aside from the point but I meant that I like how you keep your text walls very separated, instead of a chunk of text.
-
You're very ambitious. xD The problem is, all the careers you're looking towards are a) more hobbies than reliable careers and b) very difficult. I say "very difficult" because they require you to go in solo, you're on your own. YouTubing requires HEAPS of self-publicising/advertising and you'll have to put down a lot of money to kickstart your channel. If leaning towards writing, do not go towards writing a book, I'd recommend instead trying to work as a journalist in your local Newspaper or something. It's not the best paying job but at least it's interesting and if you're passionate, why not?
-
That's not a fallback. YouTubers earn barely anything, you either make it (and earn millions) or you don't (and make barely anything). To kickstart a YouTube channel would require way too much. Why don't you try launching a Gofundme? Just a quick food for thought, Claudiu, the biggest Tanki YouTuber (by far, now in the EN community) earns this much: I wouldn't necessarily call that a steady income.

I'm not telling you to give up. That would be taking "be more realistic" to the extreme. What I'm saying is, at least have a fallback plan. You need to get enough money in the kitty before you can start doing that racing stuff but I'd also recommend having a well paying, stable, "proper" job. If your dreams go south, you'll need a backup plan for sure. Agreed. He's a very clear and concise writer. The thing I most admire is how he structures his text walls.

@Shedinja @N_O_C_T_U_R_N_E @Meliora @Remaine @Reeco9 @R3Z0GNATE @Lankbouv @Extant (Candidate) @Tommy60 @Contradiction Btw, you'd be much better off getting all the Avatars from this page

Without being mean at all, you probably have to be more realistic, here. If you're tight on cash, don't try to enter a career that will require you to cough up a lot of money. Unforunately, your family has not invested their money wisely and you probably have to go to a financial expert to get out of poverty. In Australia, the Government offers a lot of benefits and support to young adults but if you live in America (not 100% sure if you do but you spoke about California and Burger King, so I'm assuming here) you probably won't receive much help from the Government. Definitely don't get a car, that'll set you too far back. I'd say move out of your parents' house, get a cheap apartment and stay in school.

Very interesting actually. Can you penetrate the skybox or would you simply just drop? Regardless, it'd be so difficult to continuously hit that Wasp. :D

Why Mammoth, Dictator and Hornet are still worth using
marc.jp_44 replied to TakeAShower in Writers' Corner
I think if you were going for an analytical article, you should've gone more in-depth. I'd have enjoyed to see more of your opinions because frankly, the three mentioned hulls are almost obsolete, their counterparts are much better. Mammoth is almost completely useless in comparison to Titan (Titan wins in pretty much everything except a little bit of armour. Titan has less power but can push Mammoth due to hidden values), Hornet can actually hold its own versus a Wasp but when mastered, I think Wasp beats Hornet. Dictator is just absolutely useless now, its shape always made it a very uncomfortable hull to use and now its statistics render it almost useless, apart from Gold Hunting. Aaaanyway, that was just my opinion. :D TL:DR - would've like to see more but it was a good article. :) -
I know this is a rather chill article but regardless, the grammar isn't very good. There are several sentences starting with "And," sentences start/end abruptly, which is kinda uncomfortable to read. I agree with Destrod, the article seems extremely rushed and sentences are too short. I'd recommend not trying to make an entirely comedic article because they often fall flat. Find a happy medium, perhaps somewhere between relaxed and entertaining, with a few touches of comedy. An entire article meant for the sole purpose of being funny usually gets cringe.

Your life in bookmarks: :P

Ignore the extremely over-edited music video, no idea why Travis opts for that video producer.
-
You should mention that it was taken by a drone.
-
Not really. You were 3 users off the record, which doesn’t sound like much but it’s significantly large in this context. Also, your screenshot doesn’t have enough of the page visible.

How is it free when you paid for the paint?

Nope, just a regular Spot the Difference. Thanksgiving isn't recognised by Tanki, so no point doing a Quiz themed around it. Then again, I didn't even know Thanksgiving was coming up. :x

It's not corruption if no one knows.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll look into it a bit more to get some confirmation. Whilst we always welcome suggestions, I still retain my stance that Overdrive isn't a supply, it's more of a Game Mechanic/feature. Especially since changes to Overdrive are of rather high priority, I think we'd be best off waiting to see what happens to them. Right now, it's sorta like a supply but not really.

Nah only HOTM winners and it only remains in the month that they won it, then disappears later.
