We certainly do not control the kits rotations. You can try checking every 12hrs on html5 shop or if you think there is a problem, try asking in QNA section. Recently one of my friends informed me that makig private pro battles MM and joining them through the html5 version causes all the maps to load. So next time when you go to a non pro battle through the MM system, loading is faster as the props are already familiarized to the system. In short, make and join all the MM private battles and let them load once properly.
