according to my knowledge if a game is made of a language then all it's content will be in the same language i.e this game was made from webgl1 and thus all should be in this language without expectation from webgl 2 sandbox remastered is no longer like before, i played on it on some events, you may have FPS problem but it'll be quickly stabilized

i may and may not agree with you the game in 1st year was Webgl2 but changed quickly to 1 and without any troubles even after adding HD skins. so i don't see it a negative change

as you know this game is 99% developed with WEBGL1 , even real 3d items and re-mastred sandbox is with it and i don't see any sense in making bush setting based with WEBGL2 while it doesn't have an indicator of it with highest setting and thus the idea is to make it from WEBGL2 to WEBGL1
