How are you going fit a 10 minute video into a 5 minute v-log?

    Your Opinion about tanki

Hulls were not screwed up nor are they something the devs refuse to change. The original idea was to separate hulls into classes (hence similar HP pools but varying speed and power between hulls in each class) and then give each a hull an overdrive to make it unique. Currently hull overdrives are in development, though it's been like this for over a year now. Teaming in DM is not actually against the rules. If you look at the DM wiki page, there is a section called "Unofficial Alliances," where it says that "Deathmatch is the only game mode where alliances between players (enemies) are allowed."

    Are Alt-Accounts Killing Tanki?

Yeah. In particular the MU update made it really tough for newbies. People will make alts and MU M0 to M1 or M1 to M2. I've made a few alts over my time playing Tanki, and there seem to be a lot more OP buyers/druggers in the low ranks than there used to be. MM will be based on efficiency? I didn't know that.
  5. How would you prevent people from creating paints from images that break the game rules?

Updates: Which would you rather have?

That quote is actually in AlternativaPlatform's office. Tanki has stolen a lot of mechanics. They definitely have a goal, work towards which was started during 2016. I think a quote from Hazel-Rah sums it up best: "You might say it will be a remake of the game . . . right on the game." If you want a better idea of what is going on, here is a section of a livestream from last year where Hazel-Rah talks for about the future of Tanki Online and the development team's attitude towards updates. It's about 10 minutes long. As a player though, I am not a fan of how work on this rather vague goal is progressing. We are in an intermediate stage with a lot of incomplete features, constant changes, and not much in terms of a finished product. I suspect that this is why a lot of players, including myself, liked older Tanki more, when the game was more stable and there were fewer changes.
  7. The Wiki has weight values for tanks, though they represented in unspecified game units. Mammoth M3 is 3529.41 units, Wasp M3 is 1764.71 units. All other hulls are in between.

What to buy? Which is better?

Thunder, more versatile. Twins M1 isn't that great for its modification and the alt is kind of necessary.

    Death Streaks

Currently mults mult because they want their team to lose and the enemy team will win. Your idea, in my opinion, encourages players to mult so that their team will win. Obviously the second case is better than the other, but I will provide a greater incentive to mult. Few bad mults > many "good" mults.

    Complaint Book

Hackers are more damaging in higher ranks than in lower ranks, and judging by the number of complaints I see in the Game Reports channel I'd wouldn't say "no one is aware of it." OP was a Lieutenant General anyway.

    Biggest Druggers

I propose a compromise: create a hall of fame for players that use supplies like normal people. Well here's someone to get you started: http://ratings.tankionline.com/en/user/champion/

    Complaint Book

That's kind of weird. If players are leaving due to excessive cheating, why do so many people say the game had far more players years ago when hackers were rampant? Also, let me refer you to Patch Update #496, released a couple months ago, and the release of the Game Reports chat channel which makes reporting cheaters a lot easier.

    Death Streaks

It isn't very convincing, at least for me. Killing everyone on the entire team is huge and will result in battles turning around. I do not think @SamGamgee55 is using "mult" in the conventional sense, that is, a saboteur. Because dying 20 times in a row is actually beneficial, as you said, some people will "mult" to help their team. Your counterargument is that the enemy team simply can refrain from killing such people. But the truth is, if I see a player who is an easy kill, I'm going to go for that kill. I may not even realize who they are, much less how many deaths they have had in a row and what death streak ability they have. And if they go for the flag, the defenders kind of have no choice but to destroy them. Getting 20 deaths in a row is not much of a problem is long battles. Sure, you might be able to report such people, but the friendly team isn't going to report players who are working their way up to a very beneficial tactical nuke and reports are unreliable to begin with. Many players complain about cheaters and conventional mults right now. Regardless, the tactical nuke ability is too extreme. I also don't like putting a price on death streaks. It makes them seem like an ability that you should try to use rather than a mechanic to help balance battles. I think a better way to prevent spawn camping would be to make more protected spawn points rather than introduce complex special abilities.

If two or more factions attack the same territory on the War map, whichever faction has the highest K/D will capture that territory. However, a faction will still need to get a certain number of kills to capture the territory, regardless of whether their K/D is higher or not. So don't worry, a faction won't be able to win with a trivial amount of kills.

    Let's Discuss Protection Modules

I doubt TO will let player mix and match module protections. I think some combinations don't exist for a reason. Hazel-Rah said that there will not be 4 turret protection modules because that would create a P2W situation.

What is your source? According to the Wiki, "Tanki Online is most popular in Russia. This is followed by Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Moldova, Georgia, the United States and Saudi Arabia." It's possible that this information could be outdated, which is why I'm asking.

Think of it as a world conquest board game, where the goal is to capture as many countries as possible while defending your own. Players take turns choosing which countries to attack and which countries to defend. Each country a player manages to capture will give them 1 point each turn until another players captures it. The goal is to get 10 points and also capture the central country which contains a Nuclear Rocket. Now let's apply this to Tanki. There are 4 factions to choose from - to choose a faction buy the paint. During the first turn, every faction goes through a 2-day Strategy phase, where players vote on 2 countries to attack and 1 to defend. If you want your vote to be counted you have to get 200 kills in those 2 days. Then comes the Battle phase which lasts 24 hours, when those attacks actually take place. You have to try to get as many kills as possible in that time in non-PRO battles. If your faction is the only one attacking a country, you have to get a certain number of kills. If two factions attack the same country, whichever one has the highest K/D wins that country. The Strategy - Battle cycle continues until one team has a) captured and held countries until they earn 10 points (remember, each country you capture gives you 1 point after each turn) b) capture the central country with the Nuclear Rocket c) hold the Nuclear Rocket for at least one turn. If you don't care about all the logistics of the event, here's a really short version. When the Strategy phase takes place, get 200 kills, then vote on the War website if you want. After that get as high a K/D as possible. Then repeat. You can choose any region's paint no matter where you live. Regardless it's called English.

I'M DONE WITH THIS GAME !

M2 Rail unlocks at the rank right after yours, and it's on the cheaper side for M2s. I don't see what the problem is. If you were a Colonel, who has to face M3s and M4s with only M2s, I might understand that complaint. But complaining that people have M2s at M2 ranks makes no sense.

Is Tanki ever going to address frame rate lag?

Lol half of all the players in TO would be kicked.
