Normally I'd be interested in new sounds but given the recent horrible Magnum, Striker, supply, and Rugby sounds I don't have high hopes. The preview in the video confirms my suspicions, as the engines sound terrible, just like in Tanki X. How can the audio quality decrease as the game progresses?! Improved 3D models are cool though. A pretty informative v-log overall.

Honestly I think it could be the by-product of the anti-cheat system, although what you described sounds a lot like hacking. After the anti-cheat improvement I have been driving under tanks and tanks have been driving under me on flat ground. It's really weird how it happens, since my ping is generally fine.

The point of this topic is NOT to actively search out records. That is both impractical and extremely time consuming. Like all world records, people have to submit them if they want to be acknowledged. Thus you can't criticize an organization for not having record if no one submitted anything. Undoubtedly there are some records which have been broken by now. But until those record-holders submit something no one will know about them or care about them. If you wish you can start a world records thread on the RU forum, but I'd like to refer you to the first sentence of the topic post:
