You bought the Crusader hull? Even if you do not have any hull / turret, you still have the skins. If you already have it in the garage so try to rejoin the client. Update: Wait for the moment when it will be possible to buy the Crusader and then you'll be able to equip the XT skin (as @yyang_tanki mentioned above).
