I don't think you can really find out who achieved the highest number of kills unless he has a photo / video as proof ,If you are interested to add something so click here.

I agree with you, as you can see the number of the bad feedbacks outweighs the good ones, I have no doubt it was just something temporary that wouldn't be permanent.
