At the bottom right of every posting there are buttons for Report, Edit, Quote, etc...just click the Report button and provide a summary as to why you feel the posting is in violation of forum rules. Moved from Game Discussion. You can upload a picture to imgur.com at the top of the page. Than click start upload. Finally you can simply copy and paste the BBcode forums link in your posts. I believe that it is the 4th link from the top where it shows all the link types.

Wow, I can't believe I've made it to 3333 posts! I'm really glad that in reaching this number I've been able to do something great by serving and helping the whole community. Being here to help is a true pleasure for me, and hopefully I can continue to help these wonderful players. :)

I'd personally go for a capture card. Specifically, an ElGato. They take some great footage with great quality. As for software for editing, go for Sony Vegas Pro.

If you're getting a picture from let's say Google, you want to "copy image address" and paste that into the 'image' icon, which is below the smiley face in the tool bar options.
