I'm not sure any content here rises to the level of "major topics" inasmuch as the forum isn't responsible for any time-sensitive products or services. Just information, entertainment, and socializing for the most part. Besides, I think you are overstating the case. Unanswered questions are more like scratches than wounds. And even if you can't handle them immediately, they can still be solved, witness http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=294935 I didn't have the answer and neither did he, but we narrowed it down until he figured it out for himself. It's not just about the answer, but also about learning - I learned something as well, as in next time tell them to relax their anti-virus before we start looking for the complex explanations, lol. Wikipedia is 95%+ volunteer content. Not aware of any website that has move volunteer input than that one.

Well, now is not a good time of year to expect people to squat on the forums - even without black friday/cyber monday research, many people visit their topics sporadically and it just becomes a game of "forum tag" for the OP and their respondents until the question is clarified enough to get a reasonable answer, or it is just abandoned. As is common with complex subjects, most people in the forums start off not knowing how little they know, and can't give enough info to properly frame the question. I'm not sure it toxifies the community, but it sure clutters up the boards! None the less, with a little patience and the understanding that people have better things to do than monitor the forums 24/7, a lot of questions are answered. Until something better comes along, I suspect this is how it will be.

Delete your firefox profile and try again(instructions on Google). If it still doesn't work properly then try uninstalling and re-installing Firefox. If that doesn't work then try a different version of Firefox (such as Firefox Developer Edition, Waterfox or Firefox Beta) which should hopefully get the online videogame working again.

Hm. I sometimes get that when my internet is having issues with high latency, it happens when you click like and times out for a bit, even though when it happens to me the like actually gets counted, just doesn't show up right away.
