It sounds like your laptop keyboard simply doesn't support that many key presses at once. Usually it's tied to the specific keyboard - however you may fiddle with keyboards settings in windows as well. If you have a USB-keyboard, try to use that with your laptop, chances are that it will accept more simultaneous keyboard inputs than the integrated laptop keyboard.

Once you spend your crystals on something, you cannot refund that by 'selling' the item you bought. Simply put, you can't undo your garage purchases.

Chrome at the moment - I also use firefox (for Tanki Online) and edge (when chrome doesn't render the page correctly). But I'd guess 98% chrome for the most part.
