Due to some connection issues(temporary or permanent) some of game resources are not properly loaded into browser's cache, which causes the loading to stuck. Possible solution: Clear your browser cache. If you are using SA version of flash player or any "client" — you should clear IE cache. Debugger version of flash player can show full information about this problem.

Sometimes a problem with Flash player may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

A topic title that reads "I need help please" is too generic and doesn't give much info about the topic, which was why I edited your original topic title by adding onto it "[i can't change my email and password]" since that's what the topic is about.

This sounds like it may be an issue with Adobe Flash Player itself. The best course of action would probably be to contact Adobe about the issue.

The error message says that there's a bad pixel shader in the game.

If you still have a problem with the Flash standalone player and all other browser then this looks like a problem with Flash in general and maybe you should contact Adobe for support. Did you try to disable hardware acceleration in the Flash player? [http://help.tankionline.com/topic/624672-what-is-hardware-acceleration-and-how-to-enable-it/]

Also, contact your provider to test your service and the modem.

Nothing was "wrong" about the logo per se. Google just understands that, in order to stay relevant in their fast-paced area of business, they have to be constantly changing. The last thing they want is to become that search engine only old people use anymore like MSN and Yahoo. They have to be constantly changing to stay fresh, and one area where they can do that is their logo. It creates discussion which keeps them in social media. Little do us sheeple know, we are all playing into Google's master business plans simply by talking about them.

Hi, I recommend you have a look at the "causes and solutions" mentioned in the error message, but also contact the Adobe Flash support channels who may be to able to suggest a solution. Also, you are using an older version of Flash Player and should really update to the latest version which can be downloaded from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
