The easiest way if your video is long/complicated is to download VirtualDub and ScriptLab, use VD to seperate the video into frames and use ScriptLab's batch processor to run your selected effects on each frame, then find some software to combine the frames back into a video. Try searching the video editors, in which you can overlay images, in Google upon request: videoeditor, video editor, etc.

Oh, that shouldn't be a problem then. Is it really worth it? If so, did you upgrade or did you do a clean install? Your response will help me decide whether I should upgrade or not. I know everyone has a different opinion. I'm just excited for this but still hesitating.

What version of windows? Do you have google chrome installed?

After you restart your pc click your Windows icon on the lower left of the desktop and type "Update" into the search box and press return. If the Windows 10 upgrade is ready your Update window should say "Restart Now". Click on Restart Now and Your PC should restart and begin installation. I tried 15 times with the Windows 10 logo on the lower right of the desktop and it wouldn't do anything. After going to the update window everything worked just fine.

I presume people such as myself have stayed up all night to download windows 10 due to the hype based around out, but my issue is that where I am in (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) it is 32 minutes past midnight, meaning it is the 29th of July, but for some reason my PC isn't getting any notification of being able to actually install windows 10 and to let you know I was not apart of the preview program, I have the 'get windows 10' icon, I am currently running windows 8.1, my PC meets all the requirements and I am running a genuine windows OS.
