Here are the 3 unique tips that I've tried and they worked for me. Go to Start --> Type msconfig and choose which programs you want to keep running and which ones should be stopped. Uninstall unnecessary programs, stop programs that are using your internet connection. Get Advanced Systemcare, let it delete all of your unnecessary data, then turn on Turbo Boost. These are my ideas© :P
