It's been a long time since I've actually played Tanki, let alone get on the forum...so at this hour of night, I decided to hop on, and oh boy, what an overhaul. My question is though, why does the forum suggest I just joined the Forum? Lol I've been around for ages, I'm a DINOSAUR around here. I'm just curious, is all.

Idk...I suppose it's known that I've left Tanki for a "long" time now...I don't even remember the last time I even got online as far as a server is concerned... But anyway. I believe many are aware that I owned a Bearded Dragon; The Big Boss... Recently, I've left the U.S. (back in January to be exact) to stay in Egypt for some time to do a few things; and prior to that, and unknown to me, Big Boss had fallen ill. He had appeared to be very stubborn, lazy, and just...out of it really I guess you can say...I thought he was dealing with his Brumation cycle; which is similar to Hibernation, in the reptile world. There had to have been something else wrong with him so we scheduled a vet visit just over 24 hours before I left the States. He came back okay, from what was apparent. 2 months later I come to know that his state had worsened since my departure from the U.S. and he had been taken back to the vet twice. I suggested to my brother that he have a blood test in order for The Big Boss. Evidently something was terribly wron and we needed to know what it was. The blood test was administrated, and the vet noticed his White Blood cells had increased to a deadly level in his system; which called for either cancer, or a very serious infection (I can't recall its' name at the moment). The vets suggested they keep him in intensive care... He didn't make it to the next day. Whatever illness he ended up contracting; we were too late to save him. I was too late. Because I should have known from the beginning that he needed to be looked at in more detail. Might sound crazy but The Big Boss was my best friend. Although me and my brother were on top of his health, I always went that extra mile for him. And you know...the fact I was absent when he passed away really hurt. Heck, it hurts now; I'm depressed to be honest. And I'm not gonna make this a whole drawn out thing, but my life's been upside down since he died. I mean I never expected him to live as long as he did; almost 4 years. People who have Beardies who are almost 4, 5, 7, 10 years old...that's a blessing, and there are some memories in that time. But at that tail end of their lives, and you're nowhere to be seen? It makes you feel like you betrayed them. Or at least...that's how I felt, and still feel now. Kinda scratching my chin now, this is an awkward way for me to be re-entering the Forum, haha...but ey. I guess it could be weirder? R.I.P The Big Boss. 2013 (I don't know his exact birth date) - March 16, 2017. He indeed was a real Dragon.

The devs brought that problem into effect on their own. If they hadn't tampered with the original system, labeling it as a "test", that issue wouldn't even exist in our minds. Time's up too Ford. Do I really need to go find a mod and forcefully remove myself?

It's 'laughable and outdated' when there are bigger problems. You might ignore what I'm saying between the lines, but that's not my business. I'd rather deal with Lag than deal with idiotic players in my battles that don't get apprehended. So yes, I got over the lag issue. It plagues every game, really. If the issue and solution(s) are so simple, we wouldn't even be talking about it right now.

Ya know, the one point you clowns continuously make that plagues this game is so laughable and outdated: Lag. We already know it's been a problem. Get over it and find another matter to pick at. And do tell me, how is my argument biased? Cough it up bud. I've played this game just as long as you with ONE account (if we exclude the account I created when I was accepted as a Consultant so long ago). As if multiple accounts produce a different taste in your mouth. A bad apple's a bad apple. I've remained silent for far too long, enough is enough with this game and whoever wants to "support" it. You may as well start a campaign and call it "Make Tanki Great Again!", the title looks great, but the ideals are past stupid. So everyone who opposes you with a loud voice and can pinpoint evidence to you must be a fool...lol you won't get far in life with that attitude, try another door. From your last posts directed at me, you're not expressing anything but how ignornat you are. I understand you're "loyal" to Tanki but get with the actual facts, this game is trash.

I only come here every once in a while for one thing. I'm a member of this club, if you'd take a minute to look at the member's list on the front page. So please don't try to dictate to me that I shouldn't be here. :)Secondly. I'm on the Forum. Not the game itself. There's somewhat of a difference. Thirdly. There is absolutely nothing wrong with me expressing how I feel about this poor game in it's current stage; if anything, that's all I am doing. Pretty much how it should be. Nobody should even waste their time...the kids will enjoy HW; Tanki is Dead. The older ones amongst us...well, busy with life anyway. ;) :D

In WoT there's really no competition with buyers vs. non buyers. You HONESTLY souldn't be able to tell the difference unless you saw a premium tank on the battlefield. It all comes down to the knowledge of the player in his tank, map awareness, knowing gun and armor capabilities, strategic plays based on the map and so on. Buying has little to do with anything in the game unless the player wants to make an extra profit, crew training experience, etc.

WoT is a "cuss word" to him because he's a sheep being blindly led to the slaughter house, not giving a damn until it's too late.

He made a very valid point though...if you really understood it. And you see his point in not just Tanki either...it's valid for most game companies and franchises.

Of course I'm not denying that perhaps some ideas were given the door for WHATEVER the reason may be. We'lll excuse them there. My point is that this game is being run into the ground in it's current state; in the name of progression and development and that a LOT of things that are/have been suggested have been either denied or if accepted, are subject to change to benefit the engineers behind the curtain more so as opposed to us; who are really wasting our time by now. But yeah, we'll make excuses for bs to be shoved down our throats to endure too yeah? ;) I think not. Now I'm not completely ridiculing the point you made, so don't take it personal.

Lol I hope you know WHY crystal boxes were removed entirely. There was indeed a negative outcome by people camping in the dropzones and such. But to be frank, that feature was removed so that we'd crawl to them with money in our pockets ready to submit. Pathetic. It's almost like that crap was set up...they introduced that to us and they PROBABLY knew what was gonna happen when they dropped that update...then remove the new idea and the old concept (which didn't bother the system AT ALL mind you) claiming it was imposing a negative impact on the economy of the game. Laughable.

And when you miss the entire underlyingc(if you will) point of my comment...that's what would normally piss me off... Skipping to the end of your post, I'm not against the game developing at all; if anything I'm with you there. What's made this game go full-****** is the direction it has "developed" in. From MY point of view, this game is stupid for what it is now. It could be so much more if it had gone elsewhere. That leads to another thing: Ideas and Suggestions. We have a sub-topic for this right? Go look and tell me how many at least "promising" features MADE BY PLAYERS mind you, were turned down, rejected, etc. when all that could've really been done is just some tweaking to a player's proposal. That's just one issue. This is supposed to be OUR game too...not completely run by the developers to be what THEY want the game to be.
