As a seasonal specialty, all/some of the bots (nicknames contain a spacebar) (E.g. Kanye West) will be equipped with B0-NK turret till Halloween celebrations end. So most likely you have seen a bot. Now bots aren't the only one with B0-NK turrets in their garage, majority of the Developers will have them in their garage too. If you are lucky enough you may see them taking it out for a spin.

Solution: So if you can not find the 6-digit code just send an email to Tanki help and support (help@tankionline.com) with the email linked to your account, they will gladly reset it for you. Hint: Usually when you setup a new 2factor authentication/or change it, the next time you log-into your account on any device, it asks you the 6 digit code from the authentication app you have used. This is a safety feature so only you can log into your account even if your password is compromised. Once Tanki resets it for you you can enable 2fa again with authenticator application, the new 6 digit code will refresh every 30 seconds, and you will need to put this code once more after which you do not have to. Hi, I had a similar issue like this. What I did was log out of my account, log back in, change the settings once more. Try to also maybe clear your browser cache or history. Please let me know if it worked for you.

As per the new update we can only change one time (it could be any part hull/turret/drone/augments or protections). For example you change your hull. and they you go again to garage to change your turret/augment or anything it will not allow you. The best option is to change your whole tank as needed in the 1 time you enter garage between battles. Pick a suitable hull/turret/augment and drone all in one go, or the timer will be set and you can not change.

Clearly the issue is the amount of stars to earn and rewards. Some people do not have a lot of time during weekends to grind, getting this many without premium (which is most of the player base) is time consuming.

Did you report the players in that battle ? Usually this makes the battle moderator come and check for violations.

Experience gained by a player can never be taken away for a normal player. Hence the simple answer is NO. Only developer accounts or administration accounts are capable of this for testing purposes (their own accounts)

I think some augments give higher and some lower GS based on their rarity, I personally like lifeguard or blaster augment more than Engineer. Although engineer can be very useful too.

Can the developers make the grenades an inexhaustible addition to the game rather than a supply ? This would let everyone use this feature and introduce new gameplay and strategies. My reasoning is based on 2 points: 1) It is illogical to introduce an upgradable supply and make it part of the Gear score, but then we can not use it unless we buy them for 1250 crystals (It's the same logic as introducing a new turret, making players upgrade it for "Gear score" and then, to use the turret in battle we have to spend crystals again) Grenades have to be part of the gameplay not an extra resource. 2) Since grenades are the most expensive supply yet, many new/old players may not purchase then or even care to upgrade it. Also due to the addition of other types of grenades where we have to spend even more crystals. In games like Destiny2, grenades or similar projectiles refresh every few seconds without need to buy them. (You may say people use only a few each game so it's not a big deal, then there you have more reason to make it free since no one is going to abuse it.) So I request the developers to give an answer to why it was made like this!

Why is a supply part of GS ? Does not make sense. It's like making us upgrade repair kit or double damage and keeping it part of GS. Also why should drones be bought ? It should be an addition to the game where everyone can use it in battle as a new part of Tanki Online. Also making grenades this expensive (although we use less per minute) makes people use it less. I really think grenades have to be an inexhaustible addition. Grenades have to be the new meta which would open up new gameplay and strategies. I ask the developers to at least make grenades infinite rather than a supply

Since blaster/lifeguard/miner/driver augments are legendary rarity (shown by golden color) they might never be available for crystals. In future they may be reduced from Legendary to epic rarity, but that seems like as far it goes. I also have the problem where when I enter the website it is blank. But try to refresh the site 2-3 times and wait for a bit. This should hopefully solve the issue.
