These 2 alterations will have varying effectiveness depending on many factors like how much heat resistance and immunity is there in the enemy team, the map, the objective etc. The cool part about alterations is that you can switch them out whenever you want. Since you have both of them, I think you should use both depending on which one you think is better for each match.
