No. It's not that great, even with the alt. I've had to go back to using Twins because gauss is a mess - lost so many kills because either a team player or another tank crosses and loses the lock. And it doesn't always kill with 1 shot even with DD. Seems to be luck, varying on distance of target. Against heavy hulls forget it, 2/3/4/5 shots to take those down. Sniping > visible - funny how rails & shaft manage to find me. Gauss obvs not quite "un-see-able." ? Most gausses I've seen use arcade shots mostly, maybe 1/5 use sniper mode. Interesting those who clicked the "confused" icon don't appear to have any actual experience of using Gauss, so aren't really in a position to say my experience of gauss is right or wrong.

For it to ever get beyond the loading screen. My Premium expired at 0320 so tried going in and claiming on an old win7 computer. It never let me in.

Just ranked up and lost my 40,000 crystals reward as you can only claim them in HTML5 now. Whcih doesn't open in Firefox or Chrome on WinXP. The html5 client requires Windows 7 or above. Tried to access html5 on my Android tablet, that too is too old. HTML5 will lose tanki players with older machines.
