How do you know the process is successful? What did you to change your password exactly? I've just tried it myself and I can use my new password so maybe you've skipped a step or so

Hmmm, what do you mean exactly? You used your old password and it worked? If that is the case, then you didn't complete the password change correctly :( Once you fill the link given above, make sure you check your email. I'm not 100% sure, so if someone else can confirm I would appreciate it, but as far as I know you may have to click a link in your email to confirm you were the one who requested the new password.

@Hate means whether you use a browser/ the official client etc.. Can you send us some screenshots regarding your encounter with the TO support? If you can send us whatever email you sent and received it would be better so we can look into the situation better :) Don't worry @Duftanker, we're here to help you. Your internet is similar to mine, a bit lower than average but nonetheless it shouldn't cause these problems.. I'm a bit concerned about the upload rate, but not much we can do to that I guess. I think that 1.5GB is too low however. While it is above the minimum required (at about 1GB) it is way below the recommended at 4GB (you can check the recommended and minimum specifications here: https://help.tankionline.com/topics/2323-system-requirements/) You're right, 2/3 FPS makes the game pretty much unplayable. If you can upgrade your PC, I'd highly recommend you get more RAM, especially if you've got a good CPU so you can utilize it to the full. Also, I consider even 10 FPS as quite bad, it must be hard to play the game like that :( Still a bit unsure tbh about your respawn... I assumed it has to do with your internet, but I guess it's average.. However what do you mean by it? That the game freezes for a while and you don't respawn or something else..? I can check a bit more about it :)

Hmmm, I assume you are still using the same computer and everything as yesterday no? Can you go on Speedtest.net and give us a screenshot of your internet (or just tell us, we believe you :p ) the only thing which might be affected by your internet would be the long time to respawn. It does seem a bit strange, I haven't noticed much difference myself to be honest.. Regarding FPS, maybe you have some other programs taking up some RAM.. How big is your RAM? It could be you have a good CPU but your RAM isn't sufficient enough :/ In the meantime, I'll check with some of my friends to see if they have similar problems, or by seeing any feedback here on the forums too :)

Yes this is by the antihack system :) when you're on top of someone it thinks you are hacking and therefore it makes you self destruct. Sometimes annoying, but jumphacking is almost impossible now :)

Besides what ninja said above, I'd like to give ya a small tip :p a friend of mine owns a chrome book, his FPS was very bad, something like 10 FPS constantly :( then decided to dig a bit deeper and found out his battery setting was 'ultra power saving mode' put it on the highest recommended and suddenly it was 45 FPS :D it's something quite small, but I recommend you put it at the highest possible. I'd love to see the specs too however. I'm sure if we find out it's a problem we can fix it :D

I can't see the print screen... maybe you had a mistake when posting it :p However, if you're talking about the glitch that no one from your team gets any crystals, but the other team does, it's a known bug and in reality you do receive your crystals, it's just a visual bug :)

If your ping is relatively stable and once gold falls your ping shoots up and thus you can't take it, then that is a problem with the servers. A few months ago, I reported me lagging through a gold box when I had regular ping right after, and help desk gave me 1000 crystals back. I'm not quite sure if they still do it, but you can always try I guess, unless someone can confirm it's still being done :)

I have a ghosted keyboard too unfortunately, but I noticed according to that site that I can press 3 letters and an arrow key at the same time, but I couldn't do that with space bar. Now, it's way better. I must warn you tho, the first few days are going to seem really awkward and my hand actually hurt me a bit when I first did that. I got used to it and everything was back to normal a week later tho, and I'm glad it happened xD

I'll let Cedric decide about the other questions, but for your last one, basically we used to have medium ranked tournaments before, and most of the matches ended up getting free wins since most players didn't bother reading the rules or just went inactive. Also, the winners were almost always players who had high ranked accounts and then created a new one and ranked it to medium rank. They always had a skill advantage, and the players who only had a medium ranked account used to get beaten too easily :(
