What gets changed gets written in the Updates topic and it's PUBLIC. The fact you're looking for some conspiracy is your problem. They didn't change it because players wanted it. The 123 update which decreased the funds was needed at that time. Then, after some time, some new updates, etc., they increased the funds, again because it was needed. Keep in mind that the Devs have their plans and stuff - yes I agree, not everyone is able to understand what exactly are they doing and why are they doing it. But discussing stuff that hasn't happened just talks bad for you ;) See the beginning of my post.

One option is to bring back the xp buying, but with some restrictions, like being able to buy only after reaching certain rank (this was originally suggested by split), for example, to be able to buy only after you reached Brigadier. That way noobs won't be able to become Generalissimos just with buying. Or, to limit the time, for example, to be able to buy only xxx amount of xp in a month. The other option is what Opex and Barba were discussing - a x2 score card and other ways to get xp/different scoring system.
