As for the PM to the admins - on the Russian side, it's said that you can send complaints to the respective Admins, which you mentioned. Here that doesn't work yet, probably because we don't have as many Admins as they have. So still, help@tankionline.com is the only way for us to complain against Moderator's actions. Of course someone can complain to you via PM, but you won't report yourself :lol: If they want to get you punished for something, they need to email the help desk.

Unfortunately, there's really nothing we can do. The Staff follows the rules given. We can't change them, we can't break them. The Rules are created by the Devs, only they can edit them if they decide to. Try with help@tankionline.com, tell them to change the rules the way you think they should be, and let's see if they'll do it. Constructive criticism is absolutely welcome, this is what kind of criticism isn't allowed. Repeating again, noone here talks about criticism. I was talking about discussing Moderators' activities, and not as a whole group, but discussing individual person's actions. On the first place, it simply doesn't look nice. Then, it's forbidden by the Rules. I understand, to give suggestions to the Moderators, talk with them, even criticize them (as a whole). But talking why Barba closed a topic and when did he close it - such things are to be discussed only with the Tech Support - help@tankionline.com. This is what I mean, this is what point 2.18 of the Rules means. I hope you all get it now :rolleyes: Lol. Actually if you read more carefully, you'll see that even she doesn't accept her work being discussed publicly on the forum.
