Not guesses, or opinions. As for the part where you say that 'it's not even sure if our answers will help' - Firstly, if we aren't sure about something, we simply do not post, after all, we don't want to look like idiots. Secondly, usually people ask 'standard' questions and we give standard answers, like in the example above^. And if the OP can't solve his problem by using our answers, he's absolutely free to ask again ;) But a special section for that isn't needed. Buy glasses.

If you're asking if you will have to be a specific rank to buy microupgrades, then no, it was answered already - once you buy the gun/tank/paint, you can start upgrading it immediatly.
