It's just an additional penalty. Just like you can't take part in contests in the forum if you are banned. It's done to also prevent "angry" banned users to eventually make battles with titles which break rules - and afterall, bans forbid you to write anywhere in the game (except PM), battle titles is one of those places :) By the way, Dark is kinda right, any questions should be sumbitted in the Questions topic, you don't need seperate topics for asking single questions.

Next time be more careful when reading contest's rules. You didn't post it in the correct format, that's why you didn't win, because the system couldn't register you as a winner (the program accepted only those entries which were meeting the format below). So what's the problem here? Teammates' health is visible and enemy's health isn't. That's how it should be.
