Your nationality doesn't matter, if your entry is good - you will win. :) As for a Spanish forum - firstly Spanish-speaking developers, admins and mods are needed, since none of those is fulfilled at the moment, it's not possible. But it may happen in future.

...When the forum actually had only 1 forum mod, who, of course, wasn't able to deal with everything 24/7. So many bans were missed back then and people got used to it. It's not that "now its a dictatorship" - it's that rules are actually enforced now. Many players got used to avoid bans and now, when they started coming, those players started complaining - for those who don't know, I (for the 1544th time) suggest you to read the Game Rules and EULA - those things which all of you read, agreed to and accepted when registering. Read it again and remember - if you don't agree with it - you're obliged to leave (quote from line 1 in EULA). Maybe because they started getting banned more often, after forum mods became more, got more organized and got an admin? Anyway, I don't think any of us can judge why they left - everyone has a choice. For the "dictatorship" I already answered. As for the "90% of the topics are closed" - well, 90% of the topics created are made by people who don't use the Search/don't read FAQ/don't read news. Have you ever been a forum moderator? Do you know what's going to happen if we let all those topics get more and more? Chaos. Pure chaos. Newbies - it will be even harder than now for them, because, if currently some of them can stop for a minute, think a bit, and then decide to go to FAQ, if there are 20 topics talking about the same thing, spread between 5 sections - those newbies just won't know what to do, some of them may even leave because of this.
