If you mean a refund - it was said many times that there will be no more refunds, due to both economics destruction and technical limitations, thus the petition is pointless - again. Not really, they're doing it just to increase fund :P They keep it until they kill more and get higher fund, then cap. Could be annoying, yes, but nothing will be done about it, it's part of the game.
